Privacy Policy

Account data — name, email, and authentication details via our identity provider (Clerk). Billing data — handled by Stripe; we store your subscription status and customer/subscription IDs, not card numbers. Your Content — the plan files, projects, takeoffs, and measurements you upload or create. Usage data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

To provide and improve the Service, authenticate you, process subscriptions, render and compute your takeoffs, provide support, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal information or Your Content.

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers to run the Service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database & file storage), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (AI-assisted detection — only the specific sheet image you choose to analyze is sent, transiently, for inference). Each processes data only to provide their part of the Service.

Each customer's data is scoped to their workspace; other tenants cannot read or modify it. We use encryption in transit, signed time-limited URLs for file access, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

We retain Your Content while your account is active. You may delete projects and content at any time; deletion removes the associated records and files. We may retain limited billing/transaction records as required by law.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from within the app, or by contacting us. Depending on your location you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

When you use AI assist, the selected plan-sheet image is sent to our AI provider to generate suggestions. Suggestions are returned to you to confirm; we do not use Your Content to train third-party models.

The Service is for business use and not directed to children under 18.
